Combining movement with motivational music to strengthen, stretch, tone and balance all parts of your body. With a background in dance and a love for fitness, Becks is a qualified and practicing 200-hour yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance certified), group barre trainer and rhythm spin instructor, with a Level 2 training in exercise to music.

Becks' workouts will leave you feeling amazing; boosting your serotonin, releasing stress, creating confidence, and generally feeling your best self for the rest of your day.
